About the Role
BARQ is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of digital transformation engagements for our government and enterprise clients across the GCC region.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, architects, and business analysts while managing stakeholder expectations, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering complex IT programmes in the Gulf region.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of IT project management experience
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Hands-on experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working with government or semi-government entities in the GCC is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools
