About the Role
Join BARQ's growing cybersecurity practice as a Tier 2 SOC Analyst. You will be responsible for triaging and investigating security incidents escalated from Tier 1, performing threat hunting, and tuning SIEM rules to reduce false-positive rates.
You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting clients in financial services, healthcare, and critical infrastructure. Shift rotation is required (two shifts: 8am–4pm and 4pm–midnight).
Requirements
- 2–5 years in a SOC or incident response role
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar)
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence feeds
- Familiarity with network forensics, endpoint detection, and malware analysis
- CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certification preferred
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
